Lanzarote is one of the seven islands which emerge from the Atlantic Ocean to form the ‘Archipielago Canario’, and for its particular characteristics it becomes the most peculiar island. Lanzarote was declared biosphere reserve by the Unesco in 1993. Volcanic landscapes which will give the impression that they mix with exhuberant vegetation.

All in all, an enviable setting in which you can discover Paradise whilst playing golf.

This golf course is located at the foot of an old volcano, and it’s got stunning views of the Atlantic Ocean. The Course has a route of 18 holes designed by the british John Harris and built in 1978. During 2007 and at the beginning of 2008 the original layout and the old tees which weren’t being used were retrieved.

The course isn’t a wonder just for its design but also for the conditions in which its found during the whole year. The route runs along the foot of an acient volcano in between lava, cactus and palm trees which make it an amazing spot where nature at its biggest expression can be appreciated, the same nature looked after and maintained by the man, just like Cesar Manrique taught the inhabitants of Lanzarote.

The design of the course is soft and varied, with numerous dog legs which provoke the golfer and force you to play with all the golf clubs in the bag, entailing a challenge for the professional player as well as offering an attractive and pleasant golf for those whose skills are more modest.

The paths are closed by a set of more than 3500 palm trees and have stunning views of the Atlantic Ocean. The attraction of a warm and pleasant climate during the whole year, softened by the sea breeze adds to the privileged situation of the course.
